Attention! You should mention your last name and the order number that was given to you and sent to your email when the order was completed. Also, the amount must be the same as the amount of the order. For all payment orders to another bank (a different bank from the one you make a deposit to us), in Euros or in Foreign Exchange, the costs are borne by you.

  1. Cash on delivery

When completing the order, you can choose cash on delivery as a payment method. Cash on delivery is only available for courier shipments. The payment amount is paid to the courier employee upon delivery of the package to your place or to the courier point in your area. The amount of the cash on delivery amounts to €3.

Attention! According to the applicable tax provisions, documents worth more than €500 (including VAT) to individuals (Retail Receipt) and documents worth more than €500 (before VAT) to professionals/businesses (Sales Invoice) should ONLY be paid using a credit card. /debit card or via bank deposit.
