General product warranty information
– All the products of the online store (except the consumables) have a warranty of good operation up to 3 years, regarding the service or replacement of these is carried out by the agency. Shipping costs are borne by the customer up to the headquarters of the agency.
• Batteries and chargers have no warranty!
• Shipping and return costs are borne by the customer.
Return – Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawal is the right according to which the consumer has 14 calendar days to return the product he bought, for any reason, even unnecessarily, and request a replacement or a refund, the money is paid in the same way which were deposited.
Prerequisites
Necessary conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are:
– The product has not been used
– That any other labels or markings (eg stickers, brand markings, etc.) on the products have not been removed.
– All items must be returned in the perfect condition received without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and in their packaging (for items received in special packaging – e.g. fragile products – should be returned in their special packaging)
– It should be accompanied by all the necessary documents
– For items that include special packaging, their packaging must not have been tampered with or damaged

In case of a refund, it will be done in the same way as the original payment. In case of cash on delivery, you must provide us with a bank account (IBAN) of a Greek bank.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customerexcept in the case of a defective product or our company’s error where the return is accepted if you notify us within a period not exceeding 5 working days.

Return due to claim of defect

If a product is declared defective by you, our company expressly reserves the right to diagnose the product as defective by competent technicians.
